  2. NATURE OF OUR WEBSITE
    1. The contents of our website are aimed at users aged 12 and above. However, you must be 18 years or older to purchase products using the payment methods displayed on our website
  3. BUYING PRODUCTS & SERVICES ON OUR WEBSITE
    1. All orders for books and stationery shall be deemed an offer by you, the buyer, to purchase goods pursuant to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form. We are not obliged to accept an order unless all requested details are entered correctly.
    2. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by a buyer without providing an explanation.
    3. Orders are accepted subject to the availability of stock and/or raw materials. MyBook.lk is not responsible for any loss or delay arising from contingencies beyond its control.
    4. All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). MyBook.lk reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
    5. To order a product or service, follow the ordering procedures outlined on our order page. Details of prices, payment procedures, and delivery terms are available on our website.
    6. Delivery times or dates are estimates only. MyBook.lk will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the specified time but is not liable for delays.
    7. Payments must be made in cash upon delivery. Prices are valid at the time of your order. If discrepancies arise, we will notify you of the correct price, allowing you to cancel or confirm your order.
    8. If your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. The order will be fulfilled by the date mentioned in the confirmation or, if no date is specified, within 30 days.
  4. RETURNS
    1. You may return products within 7 working days of delivery (excluding personalized products). Notify us in writing or via email within this timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 30 days, but you must arrange and pay for the return.
    2. Returns due to the following reasons will be eligible for a replacement or refund, including reasonable return costs:
      1. Incorrect product delivered.
      2. Product not matching the description.
      3. Unsatisfactory quality or unfit for the specified purpose (if communicated before purchase).
